Limit the number of checkpoint respawns per level #6

Currently dying has a no real bearing on the game.

If you die next to a checkpoint it's pretty much no different than still being alive.

My idea is to give Sho 3 lives to pass each level - if she dies a fourth time - the level is restarted, and all progress is reverted (this means reloading the scene and reverting score back - I guess the score should be stored in two variables: one "saved" and one "unsaved". On final death (or any death without any checkpoints active in the current level) the "unsaved score should reset to 0 - on passing a level the unsaved score is added to saved score and reset to 0.
