DEV - Impossible to create a new Unee-T account

The Problem:

• In case.dev.unee-t.com
• Try to create a new user
  • Enter email address
  • Enter password
  • Tick on Agreement to the T&Cs

Expected result:

• A new user is created

Actual result:

• Nothing happens
• Page looks like
  

Context:

• We have just released a new version of the unee-t/unit codebase. See for Test in DEV and Deploy the latest version of the master in PROD and DEMO (v0.2.0) unit#21 for more details.
• We have also released a new version of the unee-t/env codebase. Latest version is v0.5.0 (https://github.com/unee-t/env/releases/tag/v0.5.0)

More information:

• It IS possible to create a new user in the PROD environment.
• It is NOT possible to test in the DEMO environment: the DEMO environment is displaying a mainenance page
  
• Based on the UiLicious tests, the DEMO environment seems to have been broken since Wed Jan 1st 2022 --> see the UiLicious Error

The meteor log should show some information about what went wrong.

The console log only helps usually in the case of some frontend issue not backend.
