KCL SHOW PROG command on telnet interface

The Telnet interface is missing a few of the commands available on KCL. The main one I'm missing is the SHOW PROG command which I need to fetch program information for version management.

It'd be nice to have access to all commands, or at least have the ability to send arbitrary commands and get the output.

Managing commands that return data is complicated because:

The data may be paginated and exceed the console height, which makes it difficult to handle.

The information returned is localized (English, Chinese, Japanese), which makes implementation more time-consuming.

In addition, since this type of information cannot be retrieved via FTP, I will explore possible solutions for this command. It's also feasible to provide a method to send custom commands

At the very least letting us send arbitrary commands and manually parse the output would be very helpful.
