Add XLF as a format?

I need these countries for a Symfony project, have you considered adding XLF as a supported format?

@fabienwarniez If you are using Symfony, why not using http://symfony.com/doc/current/components/intl.html#country-names?

I could, but I want to be able to make slight adjustments (I had to in the past at the request of clients), which I can easily do if all the countries are exported. Also, I want to use the same files using different technologies / frameworks.
