Dubbing translated subtitles would be more useful, because watching a movie that takes place while reading subtitles rather than watching a movie is like reading a book, that is, it looks crazy and can only be useful to those who study languages. Simply put, there is no pleasure from watching movies in this mode.

So far, this is only available in the Yandex browser, where there is not only translation but also voice acting in the closest possible voice of the characters, but the disadvantage is that the translation is only for YouTube videos.

You have a chance to outshine everyone if you do at least some voiceover of the translation.
