Resume Playback or Bookmark Support

It would be useful if the player could remember the last watched position in a video and resume from there next time.

Expected behavior:
Save and restore playback position.

Prompt "Resume from [time]?" when re-opening a file.

Optional: support bookmarks (manual or automatic).
