V16 Colorpicker - colorslider doesn't have enough range

Bug summary

In Umbraco 16 the EyeDropper Property Editor doesn't have the available range that the editor has in umbraco 15.x.
See v16 left (range goes to 100) and v15 right (range up to 360)

Steps to reproduce

Create a property using the Eye Dropper Collor Picker and see how the range slider does not represent the color the slider is placed at.

Colorslider should represent the color the slider knob is placed at

I have just experienced the same and was able to reproduce the issue as well!

Can also reproduce. Looks like the fix is necessary in the UUI library itself, as I can see the same behaviour on the docs site, here.

FYI, I have prepared a fix for this in the UUI library: umbraco/Umbraco.UI#1149.
