Add filter option to collection views

Currently collections have the options to filter by search term, but I think it would be great to have on option to configure filters.
E.g. something similar to in Umbraco Commerce:

I guess Umbraco Commerce has an extension to handle this now, but it would be useful to configure in collections on document/media/member types. And of course in a custom collection anywhere in backoffice.
It may also benefits Umbraco UI Builder.

Perhaps some can be inline and all filters in a modal.
I guess much of the logic can possibly be shared between collections for document, media, member and user.
