Built-in document type picker

I've integrated the sitemap feature by following the documentation on a few sites. However, customers who aren't very familiar with Umbraco often find it difficult to exclude specific document types from the sitemap, and aren't really comfortable excluding them with a text field

It would be very useful to have a built-in document type picker in Umbraco, similar to how content pickers work, but specifically for document types.

Ideally, this picker could be filtered based on document types that are actually present in the root and its descendants.
