Umbraco should allow switching variant indexing to either variant properties or separate documents in examine

Umbraco approach for indexing each property as variant property is not really suitable when building complex searches, I think it would be beneficial if we could switch the indexing mode for it. I can prepare PR for it, if Umbraco is interest in doing it.

Examples for use case for this is:

• indexing separate documents will allow easily target culture aware indexes with language analyzers (Without need of changing too much code in umbraco
• introducing custom analyzer which will read culture and use langugae analyzer based on current culture
