Remove the Content app for Folder-items in Media

Although it is consistent that every item in Umbraco has a "Content" app, this seems a bit strange for folders. This is because it shows an empty sheet by default.

Although it is of course possible to add properties to a folder, in practice this will probably not often be the case.

Is it perhaps an option to make it adjustable whether a (Media) type has a "Content" app?
