Transfer data between modules, blocks

It would be nice to have possibility to transfer data from 1 module (block) to another one of different type.

E.g.
ModuleA
Headline
Description
MoreInfo

ModuleB
Headline
Description

Transfer data from Module A to ModuleB. Such a feature would solve many concerns that can arise in future when a website has a lot of data and there is a need to create 2 versions of a module without losing data, having to fill data from scratch. Otherwise that'd be a very tedious task for content editors.
