Improve Clarity of Settings Button in Backoffice

Hello!

Currently, in the Umbraco backoffice interface, the "Settings" button lacks a clear visual cue indicating its interactability. This has led to user confusion, as it doesn't immediately appear as a clickable element. To enhance user experience , I propose implementing a visual indicator, such as an icon, to clearly denote its functionality.

Note: I have been forgetting the "Settings" is clickable since v7 🙄

Suggested Solution:
Adding arrow icon besides "Settings"
