Help text for the url text string

I would like to have option to make a help text under the url text string in Umbraco.

I work in an organization with a decentral communication department which equals lot of low frequent users of Umbraco.
I would like to convey to them that the text in the url field makes the url and they musn't change it unless it is absolutely necessary.

We are currently on Umbraco 12.
