Move folders in "Settings" tab possibility

It would be great to have feature to move folders from "Settings" tab like in "Content" tab.
E.g.: we have many folders of doc types / data types / etc. and once we need to reorganize them, to do it right now we should move every doc type one by one.

Also nice feature would be to have possibility ti drag and drop filders or items.
