Examine Management

Recently an issue arose whereby when an editor tried to save an item, they received an error message relating to a problem with the indexes.

If the user, then goes to Settings > Examine Management they just get the three dots, and nothing appears and so they cannot click the option to rebuild the indexes.

I wonder if, under such circumstances, it would be better that a message to rebuild the indexes is presented to the editor at the point where the error message is shown, or alternatively, the code for the Examine Management dashboard when it encounters an error presents the option to rebuild the indexes.
