Blocks Lists Reload on save losing state

Blocks Lists Reload on save losing their state of openness.
When working with a complex set of block list it is exceptionally time consuming when regularly saving to then try and find which block you were working in, and which sections of it were open.
Ideally when saving block lists if the page has to reload then the state would be saved or perhaps there is a way to save the page without it reloading.
