Start the member section on the all members view

Working on a project, where I need to lookup members here and then, it is really starting to annoy me, than I have to

1. Click members in the section bar
2. Expand the members folder
3. Click all members

To get to the all members view.

I get this bland dashboard, that is not helping anyone in stead of having the default dashboard just show all members.
