Doctype born with specific child pages

When creating a doctype it would be nice if you could define what child nodes this doctype should be born with.

Quite often I deal with solutions that contains 50+ sites.
And when the client create a new site they have to create the site container, all the mandatory pages and then they can start by creating the actual content structure. When the container page is saved/published all the selected mandatory pages should be saved, not published since they probably have required fields and such.
