Migrations for Models/Macros ect

Hello Folks,

we want to use Umbraco in an Upcoming Project, but during our POC we ran into some problems, but i don't think they are problems which cant be solved.
Our main concern is the Migration from Models and Macros to different Environments, and we are wondering if there is a toolchain for this problem.

So the developer a can check his changes into git, and developer b can check them out and Migrate those changes into his Setup.

We are using for our POC version 9.3.

If someone knows of an Plugin or a native Umbraco functionality to solve this feel free to reach out.
