Copy datatypes

Original the issue regarding copying datatypes was raised in #6159 but never included in core.

When having datatypes like Grid, Block List, Nested Content with more complex configuration it would be really useful to copy these and a real time saver.

But also useful for datatypes like Color Picker to create a copy and tweaks the colors a bit.

However it would also be useful to copy part of a datatype configuration like all block configuration or configuration of a single block. See #10561
