v9-RC: UmbracoBuilder extension methods chaining

Some of the methods in UmbracoBuilderExtensions return void instead of IUmbracoBuilder preventing chaining them.
One such example is SetServerRegistrar.

It would be nice that all of the methods allow chaining both for consistency and simplicity of use.
