Scheduled tasks

As an editor/developer, it would be useful if the package could run tests on my pages in the background so that I can get up to date information without needing to run the sustainability reports manually.

• Umbraco background jobs?
• Hangfire?

This will also have an impact in terms of sustainability over convenience so need to be able to configure this. See other discussion: #14

Adding in a preference for using the core, rather than introducing another dependency (i.e. Hangfire).
