Enable running of Alpine distribution on SEV-SNP

Alpine Linux is small, secure, and can be built easily. This will make it easier to experiment with some features - like a secure boot.

Take care that Alpine uses [musl libc](https://www.musl-libc.org/), and not glibc. This might make some applications impossible to run, until they are recompiled for the musl.
