can't load local extensions

I tried to load local extension folders using uc. but failed.
manifest version is 3.
before they are added as well. I am sure. what's the reason?

fixed your issue? when the chrome is updated, their extension policy is changed. need to refer their policy. Thanks

To fix this issue, we need to download the latest chrome driver and use it.
