[NODRIVER] Memory Leak - Windows 2019 Server

Hello,

I've attached a very basic script below. This script just generates cookies and then closes, then repeats. (Called via Command Prompt) After about 24 hours, the Windows 2019 Server OS will start to clearly have a memory leak. I've attached photos of those. I have tried doing with and without a proxy. I have tried with and without headless mode. I am on the latest version of Chrome, latest version of nodriver.
