Download path directory change

Hi, i couldn't find in documentation option for changing download path
Case:

• click on link to download file
• by default it's /downloads

Is it possible?

There's a branch with downloads partially implemented. I don't think it's simply a matter of turning on the downloads. Here's the Work in Progress: #332

Your best bet is to pull that into a fork and try to get it working. If you're able to, would really appreciate a PR!!
