Topics and Themes Collections' target order #367
Description
Looking at a few collections such as https://www.webarchive.org.uk/en/ukwa/collection/369 and https://www.webarchive.org.uk/en/ukwa/collection/1493, it looks like the list of targets aren't displayed in the expected order:
I've not investigated this further and I'm not sure if this is related to #130.
