Is there a way to add tables (stores) to existing database?

Hey! :) Is there a way to add tables (stores) to existing database without cleaning/dropping/etc.. ?

I suggest it could look smth like that?

openRequest.onupgradeneeded = () => {
      const db = openRequest.result;
      const storeNames = Array.from(db.objectStoreNames);

      myTables.forEach((table) => {
        if (!storeNames.includes(table.name)) {
          db.createObjectStore(table.name, table.options);
        }
      });

      storeNames.forEach((name) => {
        if (!myTables.map((t) => t.name).includes(name)) {
          db.deleteObjectStore(name);
        }
      });

    };
