v2.0.7 is out

essentially a housekeeping release, yet here are some noteworthy points:

• wdio peer dependency got updated to a minimum of >8.32.2 so that the auto-download of browsers to test with works again
• fix for a type def
• the docker images now contain an installation of git
• stale element handling for the Webdriver protocol will need some more in-depth looking and is tracked in stale element handling in Webdriver protocol #608 → if you rely on that in your tests, please be aware of the current sort-of limbo state
