v2.0.3 provides programmatic access to configuration

The releases from 2.0.0 .. 2.0.3 are maintenance and bugfix releases so far -
with the exception of 2.0.3: this version allows for programmatic access to the wdi5 configuration (including all WebdriverIO options) via the global variable __wdi5Config at runtime.

At the same time, this config caching resolved loosing previously done configuration when late injecting wdi5.
