first alpha release of TS rewrite

wdi5 0.9.0-alpha.0 is out!

Noteable changes:

• TS definitions → comfortable code-completion at dev-time

• wdi5 has an additional .press() method now for clicking on any click-able (sp?) UI5 control

  await browser.asControl(button).press()

  this also deprecates <control>.firePress()
• capability to use .getWebElement() for transitioning from wdi5 api to wdio api

• helper class for convenience access to wdi5's Logger and navigation capability:
