Two factor authentication support

Some servers require two factor authentication. I attempted to mount and after the password prompt the plugin seems to hang. I assume this is because it currently doesn't support two factor codes as I couldn't find it mentioned, but I might be wrong.

You are correct, this plugin currently does not support 2FA. It wasn't in my personal use case, but I can see why this would be valuable.

I would like to prioritize this, but my schedule is busy. I may need to put this one on the back burner as I juggle priorities.

However, if you have time to implement this (or if there is some hero in the wild out there willing to accept this challenge), I would be happy to review and approve any pull request(s).
