I was wondering about the same thing. Currently the code in the repository is difficult to use, as it cannot be tested without data formatted according to how you've preprocessed the DepMap data into the hickle files.

Could you please share the pre-processing steps for the DepMap data, so that we could properly test your code? I find your approach very interesting and am keen to test it myself.
