How to compile?

Hi!, I was trying to build the project, I tested mingw and cygwin, but was not able to build.it.

I append the msys2 logs (the mingw one)

The issue you are seeing is due to configure.ac line 44 and the case contained there. It can be modified as needed. I don't currently have a setup to test this further at the moment.

Okis!, would be great know what setup we need to compile too :)

I made some changes to the repo so it will build. I also updated the readme to include build instructions for windows since it is particularly annoying to setup.
