The instructions refer to using cabal v2-build, but that fails without the cabal file. Can you include a minimal liquidhaskell-tutorial.cabal file as well. The dependencies seem to have changed from other, older, online tutorials for liquidhaskell and I am having some trouble getting started. Thank you.
