White Label Error page: when there is a backend error that results in a white label error page, that page is not user friendly. Let's make a page that is user friendly, but that still has some of the details that help developers debug the problem (for example, the stack trace could be hidden in a UX element that is only revealed when you click on it; and the page could have some contact information for the dev team.)
