Validation report - small tweaks to CSV filename and URLs (non-urgent) #1198
Description
Per our 2024-11-18 date normalization debrief (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1g1L5I_6sNwjLP5fjYigeyqrSXDvf4AW4w-VCE64XKIo/edit?tab=t.0):
- Prepend validation report csv filename with registry id (e.g., #####_validation_datestamp.csv)
- For the CSphere & CSphere-stage URLs, remove the the registry ID in the query
- Update CSphere-test to CSphere-stage
