Questions:

• Do we want a flag is the team that says if they can do recharges and/or CC invoices? (We might want to only allow recharges?) 👍 Sure, let's have a type defaulting to "CC" but also be "RECHARGE" or "ALL"
• Do we want a special team role that can do recharge invoices? 👎 No, normal rules apply
• Assumption correct? For the chart string getting the money, use either an existing account or allow 1 only chart string to be picked. Don't allow multiples 👎 need to (eventually) handle distributing to multiple accounts
• Are there special chart string rules for either side? Or is a valid chart string good enough? 🤷 idk
• Do we need to require specific people to approve the recharge, or just the person assigned (UCD Employee) to the invoice? 👎 no specific people
• Do we need to change what info we write so it gets to glide? Maybe the approver in the desc? 👍 we should do our best
• Do we allow it to be rejected? 👎 no, admins can cancel on their side.
• Allow auto approval if the person who created the invoice is the same person who is listed to approve it? 👍
• Let's leave customer info as is -- allow people to add anyone & do multiples.
• Let's allow the credit accounts to be blank, i.e. make the payer enter a chart string
• Payment page for recharge -- pay now button takes to a confirm/enter chat strings page, similar to CC payment. CAS Auth required.
