Li & Mao 2023: add parameters?

Tables 3 & 4 in the article contain fundamental parameters for the entries (35 in T3 and 8 in T4)

There's no CDS table and the Zenodo files do not contain these data, it needs to be extracted from the PDF and it is not easy.
