There is no bias implemented or proper functioning of the learning code. The results are not correct. This needs tinkering with the parameters of the system and the ability to inhibit firing through connections.
Weights also have no cap, making long term training difficult without possibility of divergence. Even normally, there are some warnings about the values handled.
