Move lockscreen hint up and make it more visible

Currently the lockscreen hint is very small and to the bottom of the lockscreen. This makes it easy toi overlook important information, like that the FP reader is locked and another factor of authentication needs to be used. Proposing the following:

Have in mind that you are looking at an empty InfoGraphic here :)
On daily drives that area is full with data petals
