Package as DEB for Debian?

I wonder if it would make sense to have the UBports PDK available as a DEB package in Debian testing/unstable (possibly with an RC bug blocker to prohibit releasing the DEB to Debian stable).

I would welcome this. It just needs adaptation of the SCRIPTPATH inside the main launcher to point to something like /usr/lib/ubports-pdk and store the rest of the scripts there.
