Just a reminder to talk with the relevant people about this.
Once we determine those procedures and how they differ from last year's VTOL, we should review our current procedures with the goal of ensuring that MPS supports both copter and plane takeoff/landing. This needs to be tested in simulation and later on the live aircraft themselves.
