Explicitly position myself wrt topic (practitioner biases) #10
Description
Include in index or intro- while I attempt to set aside my biases as an educator, that's not always possible, so I like to explicitly address them. I am on the cynical side of primarily Bitcoin maximalism - I certainly hope other projects will succeed, but think we're in such early days that we really need to focus on refining the basics. That being said I keep one foot in each sphere, and regularly consult and volunteer on projects outside the Bitcoin space, and feel confident in my ability to point peers and colleagues towards resources if I can't adequately address a specific blockchain or decentralized technology project or protocol.
