Width of some CJK characters (e.g., 「」)

When I created issue #1489 I noticed that for some reason 「」 characters are typeset as a slim and not full-width characters unlike LaTeX (LuaLaTeX). Although it is kind of nice to not have a "huge" space before 「 if it is the first character on the line (this means all lines are started at the same point), I still think about why in Typst at least 「」 characters are not full-width. Was this intentional, or could this be considered a bug?
