Fetching a post of which `full === false` will overwrite the original stored post and cause unnecessary fetching

If we've already fetched a full post, it should keep full === true in entities.posts even though we fetch a partial post later. Or it will cause unnecessary re-fetching because the value of full was overwritten to false.
