Hello,

I have a question regarding the Rank shown in Figure 3. Could you kindly clarify how the Rank values((1%, 35%, 50%, and 85%) are calculated for different cases?, specifically for the peptide-binding residue identification on the benchmark data set

I would also appreciate it if you could share the formula or methodology used to compute the Rank for the representative cases presented in the figure.
