How to control the position of minimizable dialog component

Hi Paste team 👋 ,
I'm trying to use the new Minimizable Dialog component for a building a chatbot like screen. I want to know if there is anyway to control the placement of the minimised state of the dialog. It seems to be fixed at the bottom right of the window and I cannot see any prop to control the distance between the minimised modal and bottom of the window. It also seems to be not sticky in a page where we have scroll bars.

Do we have any customisation options available for this ?

The minimized position of the Minimizable Dialog is currently hardcoded to the bottom right of the window using a fixed CSS inset value (auto 1.5rem 0 auto!important), and there are no props or public API options to customize its placement or offset. The use of !important in the styling also makes it difficult to override with custom CSS, and Paste's theming or CustomizationProvider do not expose hooks for this kind of positional change. Making the minimized position customizable would require a change to the component's implementation reference.

I think I could control the distance between the minimised dialog and the bottom of the screen using MINIMIZABLE_DIALOG element and CustomizationProvider. I'm not sure about I can control the stickiness when the page include scrollbars.

Hi @iamsuneeth, I checked with the team and as of now there's no supported way of doing it. We also don’t recommend using the Customization Provider within Twilio products, as it is meant to be used external to the company. Could you share more context on why you need the minimized dialog repositioned?

In one of the screens that we are planning to use the minimizable dialog, we have a bottom bar with action buttons. On minimising the dialog, it will be overlapping the buttons.
