Import - People or Companies - where is it?

Just spun up a Docker install. Great script to install.
Logged in, playing, checking it out.
First thing I read/checked out is how to Import - People / Companies.

But I don't even see an option for this...

Am I looking at the wrong documentation? Or did I miss something obvious?
